Executive Coach

Lorena K. Clark has more than 30 years of leadership experience with multinational corporations as well as 12 years as the founder and managing partner of Pinnacle Leadership Consulting, providing executive and business coaching, talent and executive development solutions, individual and team assessments to companies globally. She is highly skilled in managing the human resource components of mergers, acquisitions and new business start ups through assessing the quality of the talent and structure needed to create effective organizations. Her knowledge of international business issues, laws, regulations and customs allows her to advise companies that are expanding rapidly across international boundaries. Ms. Clark’s human resources and business management experience was acquired while working for Fortune 500 companies and a large global research institute such as RTI International, PepsiCo, BFGoodrich, and General Dynamics, GenCorp’s Automotive and Pepperidge Farm. Having held several operations positions enables her to be an counselor and coach to management on critical skills needed to lead. In her consulting assignments, she utilizes her corporate and international business experience to coach and assist clients in solving business issues by devising practical approaches to formulating organizational structures, deploying and developing leadership talent.

Ms. Clark was a Corporate Officer and Member of Executive Leadership Team reporting to CEO of RTI, International. She was the SVP of Human Resource, Communications and Corporate Affairs where she was responsible for HR strategy and operational direction. She was also executive coach to select senior leaders. Ms. Clark is also an Associate with FirstCap Advisors, a women owned venture capital investment firm specializing in early stage technology companies. She is an executive and leadership coach with University North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Graduate Business School and UNC’s Executive Education Corporation coaching both corporate executive talent as well as a number business students.

Ms Clark is certified in several assessment, feedback, talent development, and career planning instruments such as Benchmarks, Leadership Architect, Voices, Strengths Finder, Five Factor, Cultural Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence The Devine Inventory, as well as customized feedback and coaching instruments. She has BA from Tulane University.

Ms Clark’s coaching clients includes Marathon Petroleum, EXXON-Mobile, RTI International, UNC Business School and Executive Education Corporation, White Lodging ( Marriot Franchisee). She also has several coaching engagements with individual executives. Her consulting clients include organizations such as Jamaica Money Market Brokers (JMMB) Kingston, Jamaica, Hughes/General Motors/ Opel in Europe.
