Kori Diehl

Executive Coach

Dr. Kori Diehl is an ICF credentialed (PCC) who employs a strengths-based, coach approach to facilitation and coaching using evidence-based techniques from the fields of futures studies, appreciative inquiry and positive psychology. Her coach training included many of the principles of co-active coaching—most importantly, clients are capable and competent to solve their own challenges if supported with developmental relationships and experiences. She believes the most significant adaptive challenge for our current times is learning how to grow leaders at all levels of an organization – realizing and tapping into the potential and ambitions of each individual.

Kori understands that her clients are busy people who carve time out of full schedules to work on their own personal and professional development while continuing to meet the demands of their corporate responsibilities. Her coaching approach is straight-forward, vision-oriented, and grounded in accountability in order to optimize the coaching experience and outcomes for her clients.

Before turning her professional aspirations to the field of leadership development and coaching, Kori held senior leadership positions in top-tier consulting firms, financial service organizations, and the telecommunications industry. Her finance and general management background lends credibility and empathy in the coaching relationship as she has first-hand experience with many of the challenges that leaders face in today’s highly complex world.
