Karen is a PCC-level certified coach, with over 20 years of global experience working with senior executives from diverse industries. A skillful communicator and energetic facilitator, she coaches diverse leaders and groups to increase their confidence and agility to deliver exceptional results and experience greater personal satisfaction. Her work focuses on building leadership capability in organizations, as well as leading community engagement initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Strengthening emotional intelligence in leaders and enhancing team performance are among her specialties.

Karen’s previous experience includes Director of Human Resources in academic healthcare, leadership development, counseling and consulting for an international Employee Assistance Program, training, and sales.
