Ellen is an executive coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience as an executive and coach providing coaching, executive strategy, business, and leadership facilitation across a spectrum of top-ranked organizations and industries, in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her industry and functional coaching experience are far reaching: pharmaceutical, petrochemical, manufacturing, banking, financial, consumer products, real estate, healthcare, fine fragrance and managed services.

She has coached executives in all functions through turbulent organizational change -- acquisition, mergers, turnaround, start-ups, new positions and new market expansion -- and achievement of their personal career goals. Ellen has specialized in assisting leaders as they assume new positions and build teams, consensus, communication, constructive conflict, followership, and brand themselves. She is featured in the book, Coaching Competencies and Corporate Leadership, by Dr. Tracey Weiss and is also an executive coach for several programs at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
