Elizabeth Reeder is an experienced leader with more than twenty years of business experience and has particular expertise in executive coaching, talent management and organization effectiveness.
As an executive coach, Elizabeth has worked successfully with senior executives and high potential leaders from the pharmaceutical, health care, financial services and consumer product industries. She has coached leaders in a wide range of areas including enhancement of leadership and communication skills, successful integration into new leadership roles, change leadership and effective team development.
In her consulting practice, Elizabeth has worked with companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer product and financial services industries in the areas of organization design and development, change management and employee engagement. Much of her work has been with critical organization transitions including acquisitions, divestitures and organization restructurings.
Previously, Elizabeth was with the worldwide pharmaceutical division of Bristol-Myers Squibb as a human resources leader in Sales, Marketing, Research & Development and Corporate Staff. As a key leader in the Center for Leadership Development at its inception, Elizabeth played a lead role in the design and implementation of Bristol-Myers Squibb's comprehensive leadership development program and tools. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has effectively partnered with senior leaders in the successful development of leaders and the identification and implementation of human resource strategies and solutions to drive business growth.
Elizabeth holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations from Rider University. She recently completed graduate level studies at Fielding Graduate University in Evidence Based Coaching and has received certification by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).
