Bill Glennon

Executive Coach, Organization Development Consultant, Facilitator

Bill has extensive business management experience in a variety of organizational settings. The first 20 years of his career consisted of diverse business assignments as both a general manager and senior executive in operations, business development, marketing, strategic planning and information technology. He has worked in the health care, communications, pharmaceutical and insurance industries for such companies as Schering-Plough and Johnson & Johnson.

For the past 15 years, Bill has been in the management consulting field, specializing in executive coaching in the areas of: personal effectiveness; managing relationships; and leadership training. His greatest experience has been with senior-level executives who were recently hired or promoted, who were targeted for future promotion or who were limited in their effectiveness by behavioral or style deficiencies. Often, these assignments are related to management development and succession planning initiatives.

The combination of his broad corporate experience, his work with many hundreds of executives regarding their individual effectiveness and his overall consulting approach gives Bill a unique perspective to bring to his clients. He has successfully concluded assignments for Fortune 100 corporations, small and mid-sized firms and family businesses. These organizations represent both the manufacturing and service industries.

Bill received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Villanova University and did graduate work in Strategic Planning at MIT. He has conducted courses in career planning at Yale University and at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
