Integrity Selling helps people evaluate these dimensions and identify the gaps that cause conflict, stress, and/or stifled productivity. When each of these dimensions is in congruence, achievement drive is released and salespeople are freed to reach their unlimited sales potential.

One of the most powerful components of Integrity Selling is the AID, Inc® Sales System.  Te easily remembered system is made up of six steps:

Interview……… to identify needs

Demonstrate…. to show how you can fill needs

Val- I – date…… to prove your claims

Negotiate……..  to work out problems

Close………….  to ask for a decision

Sales success has more to do with your internal beliefs, values and views of your possiblities than your product or industry knowledge.  How would you evaluate yourself in the following five dimensions?

View of Selling Understands selling as a noble profession that creates value and helps people.              

View of My Abilities - Believes he/she has the necessary talents and abilities to be successful in selling.

Values  - Possesses a high deree of internal sincerity, conscientiousness, and honesty that drives his/her behaviors.                 

Commitment to Activities When understanding the activities necessary for success he/she will diligently do them.

 

Belief in Product - Has a passionate belief that our product or service will create value for people.
