Leadership Development The difference between good and great leaders often lies in the willingness executives have to intentionally grow into their capacity – investing the time needed to explore who they are as leaders, and who they know they can become. The difference is extraordinary. |
The Leadership Development process is demanding, exploratory, reflective and informing, while designed to increase your impact and influence within your organization. Your experience of this process will impact your leadership effectiveness in numerous ways: · Understand your impact on others (versus how you think others perceive you) · Experience greater insight into your own leadership and managerial behaviors through a process of self discovery, and use that awareness to broaden the scope of your leadership influence · Recognize twenty-two different leadership behaviors, how you draw on those behaviors, and which ones help you perform at your best · Create a personalized leadership development plan focused on increasing your impact as an executive · Develop a leadership agenda worthy of your legacy as you transition into other leadership roles |

Change Management We are living at a time of great complexity, in which our organizations are challenged on many fronts. Change is constant, competition is fierce and global, and there is increased pressure to contain costs while still growing market share. The role of change management has taken on increased importance to leaders and managers, as they are more and more frequently charged with creating and executing changes in direction, strategy, and organization priorities. Those skilled in change management principles and engaging others in the change management process will be much more successful in introducing and sustaining organization change initiatives. The people side of change management gives leaders (one day program overview) and managers (two day deeper learning and practice) the level of understanding necessary to engage and align their employees in the change process. Key focus areas include: - The role of communication in change initiatives
- Underlying drivers of behavior and resistance
- Overcoming resistance
- Coaching conversations / gaining alignment
- Where do you stand? The role of self-managing during change
- William Bridges - Transition
- The role of Sponsorship
- Building your critical collaborators
This workshop is highly interactive, and allows participants to experience what is being taught. They use current situations they are dealing with to assess how they are doing, what they are doing well, and what they need to do differently.

It may be helpful to take the time to assess how far you've come, where exactly you are headed, and how you are going to get there. Far too often our careers occur on automatic pilot. Too little time is spent on constructive self evaluation, and we continue to perform at sub optimal levels. Every individual has the potential to perform extraordinarily, rising to his or her own level of competence and capability. Take the time to learn what that is for yourself, so you can perform at your best and open your world to new possibilities. |
